Puerto Vallarta International Airport has direct flights to many cities in the U.S. and Canada, especially from the West Coast and Mountain Region, as well as new nonstops to cities in Europe and Central America.

Mexico City is the busiest airport in Latin America, and has direct flights to all major US hubs, and US, Canadian, Latin American, and European business centers. A huge brand new airport is currently under construction outside the city to offer even better services.

We work with several travel agencies in case you’d like to use their services to book your group’s air travel. They can help you make group arrangements with one airline in case the majority of your guests belong to a particular frequent flyer program. Group travel discounts are harder and harder to find these days. However, the flexibility they offer in things like itinerary name changes at the last minute can relieve a lot of worry.

GROUND

Airport pickup and drop-off is a huge part of taking care of your friends and family. We can arrange personalized chauffeur service, a Super-Shuttle like service, minibuses for larger groups arriving together, or any other type of airport transfer from you arrival airport. We work with local transportation companies to offer this variety of different services–whatever your group needs.

Your host hotel or villa may not also host your ceremony and reception, although that does frequently happen. If the group needs any transportation on the day of the event, we can arrange anything from taxi caravans to large buses for your guests.

We also have contacts with local rental-car companies if you or any of your guests desire to go off on your own during your stay.
