We Aren't Just

Wedding Coordinators

Wedding coordinators typically work the day of the event, along with several weeks beforehand. Their main activity is to coordinate the work of the different service providers and to make sure that all of them show up and work according to plan.  Many hotels and resorts have wedding coordinators on staff to work with couples throughout their planning process.

We Aren't Just

Wedding Planners

Wedding planners work with couples throughout their planning process. They help create the program and sequence of the event activities, and work with the other service providers to make the event seamless. Most wedding planners work independently and maintain extensive networks of professional subcontractors.

We Are

Wedding Designers

Wedding designers work with their clients to imagine, co-create, and design the entire concept of the event, including the program, the decoration and illumination, the menus, the ambience, the activities, the surprises for guests! Not just decorators, they work much like interior designers to harmonize and synthesize seemingly disparate elements into a unified look or concept.

Testimonials

“When we entered the Museum, the grooms–the ones who said we wouldn’t cry–couldn’t contain the tears for the emotion from seeing the place. We were thrilled with the perfect setting, one that we had dreamed about for our wedding day, but even better.

The ideas that we had from the start, those that grew and were gradually realized, took shape and what we had once dreamed about–something different but with good taste–finally became at the end something that completely surpassed our expectations.

If at the outset there were doubts, the experience and professionalism of Jorge and his team achieved the wedding of our dreams. The sweets table, the centerpieces, the musical group, the food, even the waiters–everything was perfect. And it also meant that we were able to achieve what we wanted–to enjoy the party without worrying. All we focused on was partying, especially with our guests. It made a great impression to have attended an event so elegant, fun, innovative, and so well organized. A true deluxe event.

If we could counsel someone deciding to put themselves in your hands, it’s that that feature a strong work team that, even through the unexpected, will know how to make your event rise above.

Thank you Jorge, Robert and team–all who participated to make this dream such a beautiful reality.”

Jorge and Robert,

We really appreciate your efforts to make our wedding such a success! We enjoyed all aspects of our evening, but the drag show was definitely the best! Thank you!
